Following a detailed audit process of its Quality Management System, processes, procedures, documentation and training outcomes, STAR Center has been recertified by ABS Quality Evaluations to requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

With this certification, STAR Center continues to meet and exceed our ongoing regulatory requirement for providers of Coast Guard-approved training courses and programs to maintain a Quality Standard System (QSS), in accordance with Regulation I/8 of the STCW Convention. STAR Center's certification applies to "THE PROVISION OF MARITIME TRAINING, SIMULATOR TRAINING, ASSESSMENT AND RESEARCH SERVICES TO THE MARITIME INDUSTRY."
