Important information for AMO members interested in new work aboard T-AGS ships

American Maritime Officers members interested in working aboard the T-AGS ships that will be operated by 3PSC LLC under a new contract from Military Sealift Command will need to complete an application form, which is available online.

Because 3PSC LLC is the new operating company for the oceanographic survey ships, and due to the security clearances required for officers working aboard these vessels, all AMO members must complete the application form and submit it to the company to be eligible for work under the new T-AGS contract, even AMO members who have been working aboard the ships for the current ship operator under an AMO pass-through agreement.

AMO-contracted company 3PSC LLC was recently awarded the MSC contract for the operation of six T-AGS ships with the option for a seventh. Turnover and crewing of the ships is tentatively scheduled as follows: two in October, two in November and three in December. AMO represents all licensed officers in the 3PSC LLC fleet.
