U.S. Coast Guard sets minimum random drug testing rate for 2009 |

The U.S. Coast Guard announced the minimum random drug testing rate for 2009 is set at 50 percent of covered crew members. The minimum random drug testing rate is effective Jan. 1, 2009, through Dec. 31, 2009.
