Photos: Maersk Peary serves in Operation Deep Freeze 2015

Earlier this month, the Maersk Peary delivered five million gallons of fuel to McMurdo Station, Antarctica, as part of Operation Deep Freeze 2015. The ship's cargo included 4.5 million gallons of diesel fuel and 500,000 gallons of jet fuel - 100 percent of the fuel needed for the year. The Maersk Peary is operated by Maersk Line, Limited and is manned in all licensed positions by American Maritime Officers.
