Slots available in Advanced Shiphandling for Third Mates course at STAR Center
Several slots are available in the two-week Advanced Shiphandling for Third Mates course beginning Oct. 27 at STAR Center. Successful completion of the course provides 60 days of seatime equivalency for third mates toward the requirements for raise-of-grade to second mate.
